Sheldon Oxner - President & CEO

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Sheldon, from the beginning, has dedicated himself to quality customer service and helping clients meet their specific needs. Starting in residential construction, he transitioned into commercial building in the mid-eighties concentrating only on commercial building since that time. His commitment to meeting schedules and budgets has earned him many repeat customers throughout the years.

His focus has been primarily been in the construction of cinema theaters, retail stores, restaurants, and tenant improvement projects. Sheldon has constructed projects across the United States working for clients who need a contractor that can go when and where they are needed.

Completing work across 36 states, Sheldon has completed every type of retail from big box clients to highly refined build outs. He has constructed restaurants of every type, which include full service free standing restaurants to sandwich shops. His work also includes movie theaters with over 200 screens built ranging from stand-alone multiplexes, stadium conversions, and remodeling of existing sites.

Sheldon has headed up program build outs for clients such as Sprint. He and his staff, in a little over 18 months, handled the construction of over 180 new Sprint PCS Retail Stores. They simultaneously completed the build-out of as many as 15 stores located in ten different states at one point in time. In all, this project alone accounted for $26,000,000 in volume.

Sheldon's commitment to his clients along with his ability to meet the project goals, budgets, and timelines have resulted in the return of many of his clients for their construction needs. Sheldon is especially proud of his association with Dan Lowe, the founder of RED Development. Sheldon built Dan’s first “Life Style” center in Wichita, KS in 1990, Bradley Fair. Dan has gone on to become a major force in retail development for “Life Style” centers throughout the Midwest. Because of Sheldon's ability to maintain the essential cornerstones of his business, he has been able to be involved in over $20,000,000 of Dan Lowe’s developments throughout the years.
